We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. For New Zealand deliveries, you can expect delivery within three working days (Courier Economy). Rural addresses should allow for an extra day. International orders International orders will be billed for shipping separately. The fee depends on the weight of the package and it's destination. International shipping cost can be substantial. International orders and shipping cost can only be paid via PayPal, with your credit card or with your PayPal account. To avoid disappointment, international clients are recommended to contact us for a shipping cost quote prior to placing the order. Returns When a bra does not fit correctly you may return the purchase to us within 7 days and exchange for a different size, if in stock, or for a different bra. Shipping costs of $5 apply for exchanges. We can only accept returns that are not worn, not washed and with the original label attached.
